INTRODUCTION TO VEDIC MEDITATION: SATURDAY, APRIL 20TH, 11 - 12:30 PM ($25/PERSON) 

Please join Vedic Meditation Teacher Jason Gember as he introduces this ancient form of meditation practice. Vedic Mediation is a technique that traces its roots to the Vedas, ancient Indian philosophical texts that are the foundation for yoga and Ayurvedic medicine. Jason will delve further into the history of Vedic Mediation and how all styles of Meditation originated from this original practice. In Vedic Mediation, a mantra is used to settle the mind and is a powerful tool for cultivating calm and deep focus to become more peaceful, clear, and insightful.
