Quantum Health Concierge, Certified Yoga Instructor, WELL AP
Our bodies are untapped sources of renewable energy. Trained properly, the body and breath serve as steadfast conduits to an infinitely restorative resource. Yoga reshapes our brains and bodies to become a conditioned body-mind that moves through life on a path of ease. A regular movement practice such as yoga, promotes greater wellbeing, more restorative sleep, harmonious engagement, and effortless flow.
Relying on my daily yoga and meditation practice in order to sustain career and family life while managing chronic Lyme Disease was the genesis of yogaXdesign--a collection of practices to buoy wellbeing and enhance creativity. I became a certified yoga instructor in 2017 and began sharing these practices for daily creative renewal with deadline-driven professionals.
I studied under Suddha Weixler at Chicago Yoga Center, and over the years, I've broadened my knowledge of yoga through trainings with Manju Jois, Rod Stryker, Gabriel Halpern and Desiree Rumbaugh. I enjoy cello, watersports and exploring new healing modalities. I live in the Spirit Waters of Wauconda on Potawatomi Land with kids and pets who inspire me to do better every day.

Reiki Master (Usui, Karuna, Holy fire reiki), Akashic Records
My name is Rosalie Passarella, but everyone calls me Rose. I am a Reiki Master Practitioner utilizing the Usui/Tibetan system of healing, as well as Karuna and Holy Fire Reiki energies, which is an evolution of traditional Usui Reiki.
My first experience with Reiki was in October 2020. I had been on a path of trying to find my purpose in life for several years, reading spiritual books and searching for answers, knowing there was more to life, though not knowing what I was searching for.
During my yoga practice, one of the instructors was a Reiki Master, and immediately I felt a connection, something resonated inside, and I knew immediately Reiki healing was for me.
Finding Reiki was like coming “home” as I started a daily practice of Reiki for myself and began treating friends, family, and pets. Reiki has transformed my life, bringing me to a place of inner peace and harmony. I give thanks every day for the gift of Reiki healing in my life. As I heal others, Reiki continues to teach and guide me along my life purpose path.
During my free time, I love to cook and spend time with family and friends, and of course, my Maltipoo Bruno keeps me on the move at all times. Bruno enjoys being outside in nature as much as I do; I consider being outdoors truly the best gift! I love to travel with my husband, and anywhere near the ocean is a perfect place.

My name is Nicolette Raices and I am Licensed Acupuncturist. My journey toward acupuncture began as an undergraduate taking prerequisites for nursing when I started obtaining a series of injuries and health issues. Unhappy with the treatments suggested, I found my way to chiropractic care and acupuncture. I'll admit, the thought of needles made me nervous but after I researched what it’s all about, I fell in love with the philosophy of acupuncture...balance. After my first treatment, I knew this was what I was meant to do.
I received my Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences at National University of Health Sciences and continued there for my Master's degree in Acupuncture. I had the amazing opportunity to intern at the pain clinic at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago. I also had the unique privilege to assist in a clinical trial for smoking secession using ear acupuncture. I then moved to central Wisconsin, where I opened my own acupuncture practice for a few years, but moved back to Illinois to be closer to family.
In my free time, I like to go camping, hiking, fishing and playing mini golf with my husband. Eventually, I would love to hike the Appalachian Trail start to finish.
