Instructor-led Meditation gives guidance to the mind and body through visualization practice to reach a deep meditative state.

60-MINUTE SOMATIC HEALING THERAPY................................................................................................................................$90

An intuitively led somatic healing practice provided by a Registered Movement Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. The session includes restorative meditation, movement, and assisted stretching to uncover stored trauma and blocked energy channels in the body. The session ends with hands-on healing touch and Reiki.
