Practicing various breathing techniques with a slower form of yoga where the poses are held for longer periods of time. You will build light heat in the body while lengthening and deepening each pose.

60-MINUTE VINYASA SLOW FLOW…………………………………............................................................………………….$20/PERSON

Meditative, heat-building yoga that follows breath to movement. Traditional vinyasa with less intensity than a power flow class.

 

60-MINUTE YIN & BREATHWORK (PRANAYAMA)……………..............................................................…………………$20/PERSON

The deep, lengthening postures of Yin Yoga aid in releasing toxins, cleansing the lymphatic system, and releasing stress from the body. Each pose is held for a longer amount of time to lengthen the muscles and ligaments. This slow, soothing practice is a serene time to reflect, decompress and clear your mind. Pranayama techniques will be a part of this class so that you can walk away with breathwork tools to use in everyday life. 

 

30-MINUTE BREATHWORK…………………………………............................................................………….………………….$15/PERSON

Explore a new breathwork technique each session, while learning to control the breath and tune into the body. Breathwork exercises help to relieve stress and anxiety and empower us to regulate our nervous systems. There are so many to practice, all of which have different uses, but some of the more common ones are box breath, alternate nostril breathing, ujjayi, the breath of fire, and lion’s breath.

Check in with your “beginning of the week” morning self by meeting the mind through your body as we engage in a series of movement practices designed to promote harmonious engagement, creative compassion, and activate heart-led passion and purpose.

This highly physical flow of asanas will help you to believe in who you are and remember where you are headed. Start with gentle warmups: slow, long holds with a high-intensity Vinyasa, then shift into integration mode, and finally, total relaxation leaves you with the nirvana of ‘YogaMind”.

Build a mental bridge from your workday to the rest of your day by taking an inward commute. Reflect and recharge after your last day of the blended workweek. Regrounding from the workweek, we can clean the slate and shift into a weekend mindset energized and ready for connection. This practice will help calm, open, stretch, and strengthen your body’s growth edge while we work out tight backs, hips, and shoulders fatigued from the buildup of screen time and over-sitting.

A vigorous flow Meditation in motion, breath, and stillness that brings the mind to focused awareness. This Meditation helps to strengthen limbs, create a stable core, and provide the serenity of a yoga mind.

Designed to integrate energy into mind and body, this meditation in motion (yoga intense) is a highly physical vinyasa practice that will leave you feeling long, lean, and limber. Begin with a gentle warm-up for breath, back body, arms, and legs, and then intensifies with long holds and flowing vinyasas between each series of standing asanas and challenging balancing poses.

Ideal for high-intensity athletes and professionals, this Candlelight Yoga practice leads you through a series of gently opening supported postures, visualizations, and relaxations.
